Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by Les Chatelaines LLP, a private limited company under British law, registered in England and Wales under number OC455788, whose registered office is located at 275 New N Rd PMB 3183 London, N1 7AA, operating the online store www.charmeezlondon.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Company", and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.charmeezlondon.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".

Purpose

These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between the Company and the Buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store www.charmeezlondon.com.

The purchase of goods through the site implies the Buyer's unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These terms prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In such cases, the terms applicable will be those in effect on the date of the Buyer's order.

Description of Goods and Services Offered

The products offered for sale are those listed in the online catalog on www.charmeezlondon.com.

These products are offered while stocks last.

Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier.

Photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding colors.

Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (TTC) for customers located in the European Union.

For customers outside the European Union (notably the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and overseas territories), prices are quoted excluding taxes. Additional fees (local VAT, customs duties, import fees) may be charged upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed on the site at the time of order validation.

Handling, delivery fees, and any customs duties are specified at checkout.

Orders

The Buyer can create an account or order as a guest. Any order validation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Payment is made online via Shopify Payments, a secure solution integrated into the Shopify platform (SSL protocol). The order confirmation sent by email serves as proof of the transaction.

Once validated, the order is prepared as soon as possible and cannot be modified. However, customer service remains reachable for any request.

Payment Terms

The price is due at the time of order.

Payment is made online via Shopify Payments, a secure solution integrated into the Shopify platform. This solution accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, or iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, depending on the Buyer’s location. All transactions are encrypted via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that no third party can access payment details during network transmission. Payment data is never stored by Les Chatelaines LLP.

Upon the Buyer’s request, an invoice showing VAT will be issued.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, limited to the agreed geographical area, by private carriers.

If you wish to know the delivery methods available for your country, they will be shown in your shopping cart once your postal details are entered.

Parcels are shipped within 10 to 12 days (depending on order volume and commercial periods).

The Company cannot be held responsible for external factors that may delay or prevent delivery and that are not covered by our logistics partners. Delivery times are indicative only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled and the Buyer refunded.

The Company is not responsible for parcels missing from your mailbox after official delivery confirmation by the carrier. Once your parcel is declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. To claim compensation, the recipient must file a complaint at the local police station.

The Buyer must verify the packaging and content of the goods upon delivery in the presence of the carrier or relay point representative. In case of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Claims for missing items in an order must be sent to the Company on the day of receipt of the parcel. After signature validation, no claims will be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, consumers residing in the EU have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification, except for personalized products.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Any request must be sent to charmeezteam@gmail.com.

For customers outside the EU, return conditions may vary according to local legislation.

Warranty & Claims

For all claims regarding your order, please contact customer service by email at charmeezteam@gmail.com within a maximum of 72 hours after receiving your parcel.

The Company applies legal warranties in force in the Buyer’s country of residence. For the EU, this includes the warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

In case of non-conformity declaration of a received product within 72 hours, the customer may request a refund from the Company.

For products under warranty (3 months), the Company reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s request in case of deterioration due to use (scratches, rust, oxidation, loss of shine, etc.).

This warranty covers manufacturing defects (detached beads and stones, broken chains, defective clasps, etc.).

Any claim on an order will be impossible after 90 days from the date of receipt.

Refund

Refunds are made after return and verification of items within days following receipt of your parcel at the logistics warehouse.

Beyond 180 days, the banking institution PayPlug managing the transactions will no longer be able to process a refund.

International & Taxes

Buyers located outside the European Union declare themselves importers of the product and accept that in such cases, the Company may be materially unable to provide exact information on the total fees related to customs duties or import taxes applicable in the country where delivery is requested.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unless otherwise stated on the site during the ordering process or in the product descriptions, the Company commits to deliver products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after contract conclusion with the Buyer.

The Company cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, viruses, or other incidents related to Internet use, nor for any force majeure event.
